Amanda Strydom’s new show debuted at the KKNK this year to packed venues and enthusiastic audiences.
A wide range of emotions is covered, from laughter to tragedy as Strydom sings about love, life, death, the blue planet, distress, outcasts and freaks. She sings in many languages, some of her own songs, but also from Johannes Kerkorrel, Sting, Edith Piaf and Marlene Dietrich. Strydom is accompanied by pianist Coenraad Rall.
