An eight-course menu with street style performances around guests to create an atmosphere.
On arrival, guests are served with a selection of Aranici balls. At the table there is a selection of Bruschetta and Grissini, served with a traditional styled AtiPasto sharing plate, parma ham, coppa and mortadella, sugar marinated artichokes, caramelised egg plant, marinated asparagus. Traditional style Caesar salad with a basil pesto cream. Served to share bistecca alla Fiorentina, served with seasonal sides. Fresh seabass baked in a salt crust and de-crusted at the table with seasonal sides. Traditional Italian smoked mozzarella and parma ham wrapped bread sticks. For dessert, there is a sharing board of cannolis and tiramisu.
