Submit an Event for a Promo Campaign


Basic Campaign: R1950
Advanced (Featured) Campaign: R4600

To submit an event for a campaign, please email editor@whatsoninjoburg.com with the below details:

  1. Name of event
  2. Event details (with as much information as possible)
  3. Start and end date of event
  4. Address of event
  5. Start and end times of event
  6. Ticket prices and where to purchase tickets (please send link if online)
  7. Telephone and email address for enquiries
  8. Links to event’s website and social media pages
  9. Image (we do not accept fliers, posters or images with text) – WE CANNOT POST WITHOUT A GOOD IMAGE
  10. Details for Competition prize (optional)
  11. Banner ad for newsletter (550 x 100px)
  12. Indication of interest in additional social media / banner ads etc
  13. Your name and email if different from above
  14. Invoice details (company name + VAT number if applicable, address)
