Submit an Event


Priority posting fee: R 200
Priority posting + basic social media promo: R 250
Priority posting + full Facebook campaign (3 days specifically targetted advertising): R 350

To submit an event, please email editor@whatsoninjoburg.com with the below details:

  1. Name of event
  2. Event details (with as much information as possible)
  3. Start and end date of event
  4. Address of event
  5. Start and end times of event
  6. Ticket prices and where to purchase tickets (please send link if online)
  7. Telephone and email address
  8. Links to event’s website and social media pages
  9. Image (we do not accept fliers, posters or images with text) – WE CANNOT POST WITHOUT A GOOD IMAGE

Please also specify whether you would like to pay for priority posting.

Priority events are posted as soon as possible after submission but any person or organisation currently running a campaign with us will take precedence. For details of campaigns, please see our Advertise With Us page.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POSTING OF EVENTS IS SUBJECT TO EDITORIAL DISCRETION.
