The SAB World of Beer presents a museum designed to showcase the history of South African beer.
The museum offers tours that unveils the heritage and culture of beer all the way to a honky-tonk pub of Johannesburg’s mining camp days and a traditional Soweto shebeen. There is also a greenhouse that nurtures beer’s natural ingredients and a full-scale brewhouse that reveals the intricacies of the brewing process.
“It’s a sensory experience where not only do you get to taste the beer, but to see, smell, touch and hear all things involved in the process and history of brewing.” Read Nicola Beach’s review of SAB World of Beer Tour.
