Silent Yoga combines the necessities of both yoga and music.
Designed to offer an opportunity to release tension, relax mind and soul as well as renew longevity and wellbeing. guests are invited to a morning session of yoga. Each participant receives a set of headphones. The use of these sets ensures that guests are cut off from reality during their session. The instructor communicates through the use of a microphone. Guests are required to bring their own yoga mats and comfortable clothing.
