CONSCIOUS WORKSHOP MARCH 2023
Woodlands Spa recently started its monthly Conscious Workshop series where they focus on crucial movements in the wellness space. Theese mini-retreats runs during 1 day only for more convenience. The March 2023 workshop is based around balance in life, body and spirituality and start at 8am until 12:30pm. Included in the roster is a guided yoga class, Conscious Session with coach Mandy, a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage at the spa, and light lunch.
