The Museum of Illusions is home to a wide range of playful exhibitions, eye-catching visual experiences, educational displays, and optical illusions that change with perspective or trick your eyes.

Johannesburg is the first South African city to welcome this immersive experience. The concept started in Zagreb, Croatia, in 2015 and has since expanded worldwide to over 50 cities such as Dubai, Chicago, New York, Paris, Istanbul, Shanghai, Cairo, Kuala Lumpur and Dallas.

The best part? They’re open daily from 9am to 9pm and situated at a convenient location, right above Hamleys and across the bridge from Spur in The Zone @ Rosebank location, making the museum a great fit for family outings, parties and celebrations with a party room, and date nights alike. Here’s what you need to know about this brand-new attraction in Johannesburg.
