The Cape Town Concert Series presents a Young Artist Recital with violinist Jordan Brooks, returning to Cape Town for a short tour.
Jordan studied violin at the Beau Soleil Music Centre before receiving a full scholarship to attend Chetham School of Music in Manchester. He graduated with flying colours and now begins his studies at the Royal College of Music in London. He returns to South Africa for a short tour performing with pianist Tertia Visser.
The programme includes works by Schubert, Ravel, Hubay, Paganini and Clara Schumann.
There will be a short conversation with the artists after the concert. As always the Baxter restaurant and bar is available before and after for refreshments.
