Guests can also take a guided tour through the expertly nurtured vineyards of Klein Constantia using an e-bike. This Constantia e-bike tour grants exclusive access to private vineyards. Participants start with some MCC on arrival before the cycle tour, which concludes with a premium wine tasting at the private estate cellar, home to the iconic Vin de Constance sweet wine.
In addition to the magnificent vineyards and perfectly crafted wine ranges, Klein Constantia can also boast having one of the finest restaurants that wine estates have to offer: The Bistro. Focusing on fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, the menu at The Bistro embodies a ‘farm to table & head to toe’ theme. The carefully thought-out dishes showcase the rich culinary history of South Africa with a European influence.
Complementing South African bistro style food is a selection of Klein Constantia wines and some superb older and rarer vintages from the wine library. Curated cheese plates are served from mid-afternoon and can be paired with the Vin de Constance vintage featured on the day.
