Mother’s Day – Chef’s Tasting Menu

Spoil mom with an unforgettable dining experience exclusively designed and prepared for by none other than, Chef Willie Cloete. Chef Cloete is a passionate, accomplished South African chef whose food philosophy relies on sourcing his produce from the most ethical producers.

This Mother's Day, he lends his talents to treating guests to a lavish three-course tasting menu. Though not necessarily a cooking demo, the dining venue has an open plan kitchen allowing guests to watch the chef at work and have a chat if they are interested. The menu is filled with delectable varieties that cater to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The menu is set up with Creamy Mieliebrood with Moskonfyt and a Pomegranate Sorbet readily available for all guests, but for the three courses, each person must choose one of three options. Those interested in attending can contact for queries, menu choice, and any dietary constraints.
