Sani Pass Tours are the most established tour operator of the Kwa-Sani district, based in Underberg in the Southern Drakensberg. They offer a variety of Lesotho tours, the Sani Pass Day Tour being the most popular.
The Sani Pass is a steep road with continual twists and turns, is at times a dirt track and lasts for almost 10km. The road is in reasonable condition initially, however after the South Africa border post the quality of the road changes. It becomes a dirt track which then turns into a proper off road experience.
