Zimbabwe-based Patisserie Classics brings a flavourful journey to South Africa, combining hands-on training and refined patisserie expertise for an unforgettable pastry experience.
Under the guidance of expert Chef Caroline, attendees engage in hands-on training, complete with live demonstrations, to master these pastries and more. At the end of the class, each participant gets to take home everything that was prepared, along with a branded apron and a recipe manual to continue their pastry journey.
In this immersive masterclass, attendees learn to craft a selection of exquisite treats, including croissants, profiteroles, and éclairs, Ivoire white chocolate and raspberry brownies, marshmallows, and chocolate tart, frangipane, fruit tartlets, and madeleines, and a trio of chocolate mousse, panna cotta, caramel slice, lemon meringue tartlets, and apple crumble.
