Event information
From Friday, 8 September, rugby fans can get behind their favourite teams as the 2023 Rugby World Cup begins, with specially matched drinks and live game action on TV screens in the Table Bay Hotel’s Union Bar.
Whether it's a sip of a Kir Royale toast to France’s Le Bleus, a Guinness in honour of Irelands Green Machine, or raising a Tokyo Mule to the Brave Blossoms of Japan, there is a special beverage for every country. When the opening whistle blows at the start of the tournament, all patrons in the bar will receive a free Springbok shot to celebrate.
