Classes are conducted over Zoom and participants have the option of attending “live” sessions online or getting access to the recording after. However, the downloadable link is only available for 12 hours after the class ends.
Classes include bodyweight strength conditioning, stretching, yoga, and dance. “Power Flow” combines power yoga, strength conditioning, and dance technique all in one.
