Waterkloof produces a range of premium wines, particularly their Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Bordeaux-style blends. The aim Waterkloof is to produce “honest” wines that truly express the unique site on the Schapenberg. At Waterkloof they are fortunate enough to be looking after a vineyard capable of producing naturally balanced grapes, imbued with their own character and sense of place.
Waterkloof has permanently closed its wine tasting lounge however the wine estate still offers a spectacular fine dining experience through a range of acclaimed restaurants on the estate.
Chorus is a new restaurant that opened at Waterkloof Wine Estate in Somerset West on the 18th of October 2022. Chorus serves a seasonal four and six course menu. The focus is simple, focused, seasonal cooking, where the menu is dictated by ingredients.

You then have the eccentric-styled Kantien also added to the mix. De Vrije Burger is the home of great burgers and fries in Stellenbosch. De Vrije Burger keeps it simple, but amazing.
