Zulu Croc is a reptile park in Hluhluwe that offers educational and closeup tours.
Tour options available from the park include a one and a half hour hands-on crocodile and snake experience, which allows young and old to touch and interact with reptiles that would otherwise seem intimidating and dangerous.
Zulu Croc tours are augmented by the use of audio and visual technology that helps make the tour and information more vivid to guests. The park has many different species of crocodiles on its grounds, such as the Nile crocodile and the slender-snouted crocodile. The trained guide is extremely informed on the reptiles and shares his knowledge with guests while handling highly venomous puff adders, cobras and boomslangs.
Guests can view the Gaboon Adder in close detail, the snake with the longest fangs in the world, and learn about the movements and venom types of the deadly cobras. Large and colourful constrictor type snakes are also held and seen on the tour.
