The Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra brings you the World Symphony Series 2019 Summer Season, hosted at the Linder Auditorium. Their second concert set features renowned conductor Debora Waldman with soloist Gloria Campaner.
Debora Waldman is a talented Brazilian and Israeli conductor who distinguished herself by becoming assistant to Kurt Masur at the Orchester National de France.
The concert’s soloist, Gloria Campaner, is a highly-established Italian pianist and laureate of several international competitions.
The programme includes Edvard Grieg’s Peer Gynt Suite No.1, Maurice Ravel’s Concerto for Piano in G major and Antonin Dvorak’s Symphony No. 8 in G major.
