Mr Hare Meets Mr Mandela

MR HARE MEETS MR MANDELA

The National Children’s Theatre presents Mr. Hare Meets Mr. Mandela, based on the popular children’s book by Chris Van Wyk. It is the story of a hare who finds a R200 note with Mr. Mandela’s face on it and decides to brave the city of Johannesburg to return it to him.

Kewpie

KEWPIE: DAUGHTER OF DISTRICT SIX

A photographic exhibition exploring the life of Kewpie (1941-2012), an iconic queer figure. Kewpie was one of District Six’s most famous residents and this exhibition of her photographs brings the vibrant diversity of the area to life.

Capital Craft Beer Festival

CAPITAL CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL

The Capital Craft Beer Festival returns to Pretoria for its 7th year. The event sees 10 000 beer and music lovers congregate and enjoy the three stages, over 40 brewers, over 200 beers on tap and over 20 food stalls at the event.
