Live Cooking with Chef Kabelo Segone

live cookLive Cook Channel presents unique culinary experiences where the audience has the opportunity, through a live stream channel, to cook with SA’s Top Chefs using the ingredients of their signature dish conveniently delivered to participants’ homes.

The channel has featured chefs such as Jenny Morris and Pete Goffe-Wood. For their 6th episode, Chef Kabelo Segone shows how to make his mouth-watering signature dish of Lamb Thai Green Curry.

Chef Kabelo is a director of the SA Chefs Association and an educator of note at the HTA School of Culinary Art. He brings his warmth, care, passion for teaching and culinary creativity to the Live-Cook Channel experience.

How it works:

– Participants purchase meal boxes with all the ingredients needed to make the dish. Meal boxes are delivered.
– Each participant is sent information on how to prepare the kitchen and ingredients, and a link to the private YouTube channel.
– Participants then stream the live cooking demonstration and following along while the chef cooks the dish.

For the Lamb Thai Green Curry with Chef Kabelo, the meal box includes lamb, curry paste, coconut milk, red peppers, lime, broccoli, and all the necessary herbs and spices.

As an added bonus, Robertson Winery has gifted each meal box ticket holder with x6 RW Single-Serve wine in cans.
