The Mindful Movement Yoga Studio is going live with online fitness classes. The sessions are Monday to Friday and requires nothing more than what’s laying around the house.
Each week is focused on different work outs. These include Vinyasa flow yoga, upper and lower body workouts, mobility, as well as Yin yoga. The fitness sessions are live on their Facebook page daily.
Time: Mon to Fri at 8.30am to 9.15am
