Mzansi Pride 2019 brings LGBTQI+ people together while promoting uniqueness, curbing homophobia, transphobia and xenophobia and eliminating class issues within African communities.
The 5th annual event aims to sensitize communities from different cities and provinces in one space through different platforms.
There is an exhibition to honour the late gay icon and activist, Simon Nkoli, paying tribute and candle light remembrance.
The event features Miss & Mr Mzansi Pride, a march and numerous family friendly activities that includes DJs and live performances.
