Gauteng’s culinary scene is swinging into summer with Restaurant Week’s XXL Edition 2020 running from 1 October until 1 November.
This month-long nationwide food festival opens up 100 restaurants including some of Joburg and the Pretoria’s top fine dining experiences that we are famous for but at fixed, budget-friendly prices for locals to appreciate our famous foodie culture. Special set menus start from R150pp for a two-course lunch to R250pp or R355pp for a three-course dinner.
The partner restaurants in Joburg include Parc Fermé in Sandton Central, Rosebank’s The Grillhouse, Bijou at Toadbury Hall, the stunning skyline at Vivace, and superb food and entertainment at The Marabi Club.
Pretoria promises to sway with fresh produce, great wine and gourmet cuisine with some of the town’s top dining spots. A promising lineup includes the likes of Geet for Indian cuisine, LeSi, Wood and Fire, De Kloof, and PRIVA.
