The Tale of Jemima Puddle Duck

14 to 14 July 2018

Based on Beatrix Potter’s tale, Jemima Puddle Duck is the tale about a silly duck whose eggs are always confiscated by the mean farmer’s wife because she believes Jemima is a poor sitter.

Jemima searches for a place away from the farm where she can hatch her eggs without the farmer’s wife taking them away, but because she is silly, she confides her woes to a sly fox, who invites her to nest in a shed at his house. Jemima accepts his invitation, not realising the danger she is in. Kep, a border collie from the farm, discovers Jemima’s whereabouts and rescues her just in time.
