Award-winning and artistic director of the Market Theatre, James Ngcobo is directing the South African revival of The Brothers Size. The show written by Academy Award-winning writer Tarell Alvin McCraney explores brilliantly the complexities of brotherhood, devotion, and freedom. It also features mighty speeches that are captivating in their ability to capture the brotherly relationship.
Audiences are treated to flights of poetry, music, dance, and West African mythology combined in a contemporary tale that explores the tenuousness of freedom and the need to belong.
