What is the Michael Jackson HIStory Tribute Show about?
This international theatrical production celebrates Jackson’s creative artistry and unsurpassed talent with a series of live performances. Go on a musical time travel starting from Michael Jackson’s early days as a member of the Jackson 5 and his ground-breaking stagecraft in the 80s to the continued domination of Pop culture into the 21st century.
Some of the classic hits featured in the show include Thriller, Billie Jean, Smooth Criminal, Bad, Beat It, ABC, Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough, Human Nature, PYT, They Don’t Really Care About Us and many more.
The Michael Jackson HIStory Tribute Show launched in 2012 and has since toured across the USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Singapore, Indonesia, Spain, New Zealand, Australia and South Africa to rave reviews.

Who is the lead performer in the show?
Captivating audiences as Michael Jackson in this concert experience is South African artist, Garth Field who will perform at all the shows in Johannesburg. He brings years of invaluable experience to the production while honing his craft and perfecting the essence and artistry of the pop star’s iconic style.
Garth shares a deep-rooted passion for dance, singing, acting, and musical theatre matched with his extensive training and talent as a dancer, singer, actor, and choreographer.
You can look forward to masterful performances that flawlessly recreate the music legend’s dance moves, vocal stylings, and astounding stage presence.
Garth is accompanied by a live band, choreographed dancers, authentic costumes, and state-of-the-art sound and theatrical lighting, vision and effects for a grand showcase.
