Outdoor X is once again bringing three days of fun and adventure for the whole family. This year’s event promises to be their biggest, boldest outdoor and lifestyle expo yet, taking place from Friday to Sunday, 29 to 31 May 2026 at Idlewild Country Estate, just 15 kilometres South of Pretoria. Here’s what you can look forward to.
What’s in store for Outdoor X 2026?
Outdoor and adventure enthusiasts can expect over 600 premium outdoor lifestyle brands spread across seven unique exhibition categories each catering to a different interest, all for a single ticket!
It’s time to ditch your phone and discover the best outdoor products. Visitors will also be treated to live acoustic music, delicious street food, and exhilarating outdoor activities.
Additional Outdoor X activities include helicopter tours, rock climbing, off-road test drives, SA’s largest inflatable obstacle course, K9 search and rescue demonstrations and more.
Camp X
Explore the latest in off-road caravans, luxury camper vans, and high-end camping accessories from industry-leading manufacturers.
Adventure X

The Lifestyle Fair
The Lifestyle Fair is Outdoor X’s fine wine and mixology expo, featuring over 50 wines, spirits, and liqueurs to taste, along with a cocktail bar offering a variety of unique drinks to suit every preference.
Pour, sip, and savour the best of our country’s wines, artisanal drinks and cocktails. Guests get access to taste over 100 wines, spirits, and cordials if they just add the tasting experience for R20, which includes a tasting glass, booklet and pencil.
