A Garden of Gifts: A Babylonstoren Festive Pop-Up is Now on at Mall of Africa

This festive season, Babylonstoren brings some festive cheer with A Garden of Gifts to Mall of Africa. From 24 October to 24 December 2026, the upper level of Mall of Africa transforms into a pop-up shop featuring a carefully considered selection of gifts from the Cape Winelands to Joburg.

From farm to festive fun

At Babylonstoren, the garden inspires what is grown, made and gathered throughout the year, from farm pantry favourites to botanical fragrances and textiles. With a Garden of Gifts, each of these is drawn together to create a collection made for giving.

“So many of our guests travel from Gauteng to visit Babylonstoren. This festive season, we’re bringing a little of the farm closer to them,” says Tandi Oosthuizen, Head of Retail at Babylonstoren.

“A Garden of Gifts brings together the things we’ve grown and made with care throughout the year. We look forward to sharing them at Mall of Africa.”

The pop-up store invites visitors to browse pantry treats, bath and body products, candles and home fragrance, linen, tableware, festive decor and gift-ready sets. Additionally, foodies and hosts can find wishlist-worthy finds, as can those with an eye for something exceptional. Once visitors find the perfect gift, they can take advantage of the complimentary gift wrapping, adding a thoughtful finishing touch to every gift.

The gifting continues online, with the website featuring a wider selection of farm favourites. With nationwide delivery, including free delivery on orders over R500, it’s easy to send a thoughtful gift or bring a little of the farm home, wherever shoppers are in South Africa.
