Antoinette’s Cookery School
Antoinette’s Cookery classes are held in a casual, fully equipped purpose-built kitchen accommodating a maximum of 16 participants at a time for a relaxed, intimate cooking experience. Founder and owner, Antoinette Coetzer is a young and innovative chef who combines a thorough classical understanding of ingredients and techniques with modern trends.
The cooking school hosts various classes accommodating different skill levels and tastes. There are Specialty Classes, which cover various recipes including how to make sourdough bread, ciabatta, croissants, cinnibons, hot cross buns, and many more. There are also Cook and Craft sessions, which take place once a month on a Saturday morning and allow participants to make their own light lunch and sip delicious wine.

Cooked By Fire: The Farm Experience is an exclusive hands-on fire-cooking experience hosted in collaboration with three award-winning brands: Hush In My Kitchen, Sifo the Cooking Husband, and Naledi Farm.
Start the day with welcome refreshments followed by a guided farm tour and vegetable picking for the dishes that are being prepared. Guests learn techniques for cooking a variety of meats, homemade artisanal breads, and vibrant seasonal sides, all over open flames.

Milk and Honey Cooking Studio Sourdough Class
Located in Olympus, Pretoria East, Milk and Honey Cooking Studio welcomes food lovers, creatives, and anyone who believes that life is best shared around a table to their space.
The studio’s sourdough workshop teaches foodies all about the sourdough starter and how to maintain it. Participants prepare the cultured dough in class. After mastering the dough, you will take it and bake your own sourdough bread at home to share with your family and friends.
The class also includes a live culture, step-by-step guide and recipes that will help participants to bake waffles, “wielietjie” broodjies, wraps, pizza dough and more.
