Following the wine tasting, guests can also join the Chenin Blanc lunch experience, where Embarc Restaurant's chef Darren O’Donovan presents a seasonal, paired menu matched to a selection of Chenin Blancs in various expressions, including Alheit Vineyards Hereafter Here 2025 and Domaine Thibaud Boudignon Anjou Blanc 2022.
