The Johannesburg Bach Choir presents their August concert, A Kaleidoscope of Music.
The program features music ranging from 17th century Baroque through the Romantic period to Contemporary and Traditional African, bringing a diverse mix of genres for every musical palate.
Works will include the choruses and tenor aria from J.S. Bach's 'Cantata 142', 'Regina Coeli' by Antonio Lotti, 'Abendfeier in Venedig' by Clara Schumann, 'Look at the world' and 'I will sing with the Spirit' by John Rutter, as well as the beautiful African song 'Ukuthula'.
