Van Loveren Absolute Zero Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine is an authentic and easy-drinking sparkling wine that’s fully vegan. This wine is crafted with Sauvignon blanc grapes at Van Loveren Family Vineyards in the Robertson valley and follows a de-alcoholisation technique where the grapes are grown as usual but with the alcohol removed before bottling. The result is a smooth finish similar to the Cap Classiques we’re familiar with.
There are two wines on offer at Van Loveren’s Absolute Zero range Featuring fresh notes of crisp tropical fruits with a lively finish, this dry version is perfect on its own paired with oysters and equally delicious in a mimosa. Absolute Zero Nectar comes with a light golden hue in a clear bottling and flavour shows lingering notes of rich honey, fresh fruit and nougat.
