African Relish is a foodie hub that offers cooking classes, an event venue and hosts the Chef’s Cafe restaurant and Deli.
African Relish uses their own local produce along with ingredients from the culinary garden in the olive grove, delicious recipes are taught, and delicious meals are prepared and shared.
African Relish runs cooking courses throughout the year. These are typically half-day classes but full-day formats can be planned if preferred. Attendees select a class from a choice of courses like Karoo On A Plate, Karoo Tapas, Kids in the Kitchen, South African Classics, and Vegan. Some classes are held over a full weekend and include visiting chefs.
The specialty themes include Mediterranean Alfresco, Bread baking and local meat dishes.
Cooking activities are often paired with special interest retreats like the popular Cycle tour and celebrations planned for birthdays or corporate events.
