Found on the Midlands Meander route in the small village of Nottingham Road, Aladdin’s De-Light is an art shop, art studio, and gallery all in one.
Owners Louise and Jan van Niekerk are stained-glass experts and have personally made all the stained-glass lamps, doors, and windows as well as the pottery and ceramics that can be found in their studio. Their stained glass designs are vast, offering modern, Victorian or Art Deco themes.
Louise and Jan hold regular pottery classes that cover clay handwork and wheelwork. Various stained glass courses on offer include Beginner, Advanced, and Creative De-Stressing classes, with all tools, glass and lunch included.
Visitors can view the extensive gallery of unique ceramics and pottery, as well as vintage furniture.
