Amahubo Symphony commemorates 'Ukwandulelisa', the sacred rite of remembrance, through a majestic presentation of 8 horns and 16 voices, delivering periodised music reflecting the reigns of each Zulu king,from King Malandela to King Misuzulu kaZwelithini.
The production also features 'Amahubo Ezibongo', rare praise songs drawn from various Zulu surnames and clans, offering a unique oral archive of identity and heritage.
