Atlantic Surf Club offers specific surf lessons for children, women, and groups. Each lesson is adapted to the learners surfing level and confidence in the ocean. Courses are divided into beginner and intermediate.
Stand-up paddleboard (SUP) lessons focus on understanding the basics of standing and handling a SUP board. Lessons cover balance, paddling, and controlling the SUP. For those with more experience, attention is shifted to a focus on the more technical and niche aspects that are to be taken into account when going out to SUP. Lessons include turning the SUP board, different stroke techniques, and learning to start catching waves.
