The 'Back to Thy Heritage' fine dining experience is a gathering hosted and curated by Chef Kagiso, inviting foodies and wine enthusiasts for a mouthwatering three-course lunch with wine pairing.
The afternoon starts with welcome drinks followed by a reception and introduction by the chef himself, where guests are told how the event is going to proceed.
Then, the courses begin, each being paired perfectly with select wines from Siwela Wines and introduced in detail by the chef. Between each course, guests get to network and connect with one another in the intimate dining setting.
