Bazique is a unique collaboration of likeminded Cape Town party promoters, hundreds of creatives, musicians, installation artists, performing artists and workshop leaders.
They come together once a year to create a space for people from all over the world to enjoy a beautiful reality bubble for three days and nights in a beautiful wilderness location. As a community they are committed to creating a safe, nurturing space in which partygoers can celebrate art, music, dance, play, love, consciousness evolution, freedom of expression, learning and a shared respect for mother nature.
The festival features six music stages, seven international djs, 110 local djs, a myriad of performance artists, spectacular site art installations, large scale stage architecture, pop-up parties, workshops and talks, an incredible, forested location with warm water swimming, spectacular mountain views, sunrises and sunsets.
Bazique is a community arts project and an open-source creative space, so those who have an idea for an art installation, an interactive entertainment idea, an art boat or anything else creatively can get in touch. Camping options range from BYO (bring your own) to high-comfort glamping and cottages that can be booked on top of the festival pass price.
