Internationally acclaimed cabaret artist Tonya Koenderman is in town with her renowned one-woman show, Born To Diva.
She promises a musical feast with serial thrillers and gorgeous, dazzling costumes and impressive emulations of the likes of Tina Turner, Shirley Bassey, Liza Minnelli Miriam Makeba, Edith Piaf, Nina Simone and Celine Dion amongst others.
In true diva style, Tonya adds her own saucy touch to evergreens including 'Diamonds are forever', 'My Baby Just Cares for me', 'Pata Pata', 'Special Star', 'Simply the Best', 'Nutbush City Limits', 'Proud Mary', 'All That Jazz' and 'New York New York'.
The show has had standing ovations and rave reviews across South Africa as well as being staged in Mauritius, Seychelles and on the MSC Cruiseliners. Critics have described it as “Sizzling!”, “Captivating” and “Top class cabaret”.
Each ticket is inclusive of a pasta or burger dinner at Yanni Artistry dinner.
