Situated above The Rock in the Fourways Design Quarter, Carnelian boasts cocktails that are guaranteed to delight and dazzle and are served by the absolute vodka best cocktail barman in the country. The two focal points of Carnelian are a large, well-stocked bar and a beautifully crafted see-through glass wine cellar, although some may argue that the Prosecco-on-tap steals the limelight.
In addition, The Carnelian is the perfect locale for corporate functions especially those that beg for more than the average office setting. For the more exclusive corporate requests, the Carnelian boasts two private dining areas.
Both dining areas can be hired out for corporate meetings, conferences or any special occasion and seat 12 to 14 people.
