This world-class annual showcase gives wine enthusiasts the rare opportunity to experience some of the Cape’s very best flagship red or white wines all under one roof.
Hosted by Caroline Rillema of the highly renowned Caroline’s Fine Wine Cellar, the prestigious event is an opportunity to taste 80 of South Africa’s most awarded and applauded wines, and to meet and engage with the winemakers themselves. The events alternate between red and white wine tastings.
The red wine event gives guests access to the Cape’s top-tier Cabernet, Shiraz/Syrah, Merlot, Pinotage, Cinsault, Grenache, various niche varieties as well as classic Bordeaux-style, Rhône-style and Cape blends while the white wine event presents the Cape’s very best flagship white wines and Cap Classiques.
Each ticket includes a crystal tasting glass. Attendees can place orders to purchase some of the listed fine wines at a 15% discount relative to the usual retail pricing.
