The annual Chinese New Year Street Festival returns this 2026 at New Chinatown, Cyrildene.
This 2026, the 15-day Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year celebration takes place from 17 February to 3 March and marks the official celebration of the New Year in the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar, marking the first new moon of the lunar calendar.
Expect traditional dragon and lion dances, a Chinese National Costume Parade, a fireworks display, and authentic cuisine.
