Event information
Branko Dimitrov works in an open-air studio overlooking the Magaliesberg mountains and paints with the accompaniment of Chopin’s music. The walls of his Dullstoom gallery are filled with a variety of artists and mediums. Among the paintings one can also find ceramics and sculptures.
Dimitrov was born in a small village in the southern area of former Yugoslavia and started drawing and painting at seven. His expressionist style of painting has evolved as he has grown older after spending time in South Africa.
Have your portrait painted by the man himself on the veranda outside the gallery, or head inside to peruse the array of paintings: these include landscapes, portraits, still life, wildlife, and figures.
