Crème and Croissant, a baking school with a deep passion for baking and pastries, hosts a masterclass that unpacks the foundations of French baking and pastry.
The hands-on masterclass assigns students a dedicated station and has them execute every single recipe themselves, from the dough to the cream to the final glaze. Over two intensive mornings, students will master the following pieces:
- Choux Bun Tower - A dramatic stacked tower of choux buns filled with a classic vanilla pastry cream.
- Saint-Honoré Tart - Sweet dough base, choux buns, and the iconic Saint-Honoré cream
- Chocolate Éclair with Chocolate Crémeux & Mirror Glaze - A crisp, even choux shell filled with a rich, silky chocolate crémeux and finished with a flawless mirror glaze that students will mix, temper and apply themselves.
The class takes place at a professional, halal-certified kitchen, and with each student working at their own station, spaces are strictly capped.
Each visitor leaves with a deep understanding of French pastry, the skills, and the food they've prepared.
