Experience two hours of restoring Yin yoga, yoga Nidra, a sound journey, and tea meditation.
This practice is suitable for those that are both new to and seasoned to yoga and gives participants guidance through methods of meditation for self-practice. The hosts create an atmosphere that allows for deep healing and specific sounds to vibrate in areas of the body to allow for deep healing and relaxation.
This is an inclusive session to which all over the age of 13 are welcome. Each participant will part with a light snack and a goodie bag once the session is over and have the option to continue the relaxation with a mindful stroll through the Johannesburg Zoo.
