'Isithatha (The Light)', a production by Imvelaphi Arts Movement, follows a tragic accident that results in the death of a loved one and discusses the importance of love and trust in a relationship and how simple jealousy can destroy families and friendships.
This thrilling drama also channels mental health, substance abuse and gender-based violence. It tackles the idea of the mind as being a very powerful tool that can change the world, and how when it is damaged, it can turn out to be isiqalekilso(a curse). Follow main character, Mzwanele, as he struggles between forgiving his own wrongdoings and living honestly or becoming the detriment of the Ndongeni family.
