Gumdrops and Gluesticks is dedicated to helping children become more creative, and this winter holiday season, kids can unleash their creativity through four of their art workshops.
22 June - The children design and build a personal camping siorama - a miniature camping scene, complete with creative details and personal touches. Using a variety of materials, textures, and craft techniques, young artists bring their unique camping adventures to life.
23 June - The kids draw and paint a beautiful, wintery landscape and then construct a pop-out plane that literally takes flight above the page.
24 June - This morning features decorating a beautiful heart-shaped jewellery box with piping and jewels, and creating personal handmade bracelets and accessories.
29 June - The final holiday workshop involves drawing and painting a Fireside Fox enjoying his hot chocolate, and the kids may even enjoy some hot chocolate with him.
All art and craft materials are provided, and the workshop is suitable for kids aged 6 – 11 and hot chocolate and delicious treats are served.
Gumdrops and Gluesticks offers fun, hands-on arts and crafts experiences for all ages, and this session is not limited only to the holidays, as it hosts an after-school art club where kids can explore different mediums and techniques, including DIY craft kits and pottery painting.
