Two of Joburg's most celebrated chefs, Andrea Burgener and Nick Gordon, open the Leopard as a pop-up restaurant for a weekend of cooking three lunches over three days at Glenshiel in Westcliff.
Having spent time at Twee Jonge Gezellen, the duo reimagines the farm in a city setting with a menu that draws from memorable favourites that were enjoyed at their well-loved neighbourhood fixture and honours the locally sourced produce they select from their trusted farmers and suppliers.
The Leopard restaurant has long been famous for a compact but playful menu using the finest ingredients available, which regulars remember as a welcoming sit-down space where breakfast was served all day, and seasonal, globally inspired dishes were crafted from produce sourced from ethical and sustainable purveyors.
