For Christmas Eve dinner, The Maslow invites families and friends to settle in for a generous Christmas Eve buffet designed to bring everyone together around the table.
The evening begins with freshly baked homemade assorted breads, served with a selection of flavoured butters and dips, before exploring a colourful spread of seasonal salads. Diners can enjoy classics such as Caesar Salad, alongside Creamy Pasta Salad with sun-dried tomato pesto and toasted pine nuts, Caprese Salad with fresh basil and mozzarella, and a vibrant Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Salad.
They can then savour an abundant selection of festive favourites from the main buffet, including Roasted Beef Sirloin with mushroom sauce, Lamb Knuckle Curry, Rosemary Roast Chicken, Grilled Salmon with capers and dill sauce, and Sticky Pork Belly with roasted apples.
As no festive celebration is complete without something sweet, the tempting dessert spread includes mince pies, Chocolate and Dates Pudding with vanilla custard, Baked Cheesecake with passion fruit coulis, Pavlova with mixed berries, glazed fruit skewers and an assortment of mini desserts.
