Mijenta Tequila, produced in the highlands of Jalisco in Mexico and loved globally, is now available in South Africa.
Mijenta is available in three expressions - Blanco, Reposado and Añejo Gran Reserva - and was created by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero beginning in 2020. The range of spirits is created using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.
Since its inception, the tequila brand has won multiple awards and is additive-free. The company was built around the core values of environmental sustainability and giving back to the community and its operations are carbon-neutral.
Customers can purchase the spirit at a number of Woolworths, Pick'nPay, Checkers Liquor, Norman Goodfellows or Whiskey Brother stores nationwide or online.
